So I went into ladbrokes today to set up an account as I find it easier to withdraw cash over the counter ( for obvious money laundering ) :D

Any way I signed up, gave my name my addy and my email address.

I was given a ladbrokes card with an account id, and also set up a pin.

Now it dawned on me when I left and was in work, I hadn't recieved a username and or password. so when I go home later and download the poker software what am I to do in order to start playing.

Any one who uses ladbrokes any advice would be well appreaciated.

Your account id and pin are for your on-line bookies account, not your poker account. This account is in euro.

When creating a poker account use those account details. The first time it will ask you to create a poker account after logging in. This may be confusing, but is correct. Your poker account is in US$ and can have a different name (usually does).

Once logged into their poker software (the first time you need to login once again after creating your poker name), go to the bank. Your balance should be $0. Click on transfer money select from bookies and to poker. Type in the amount (in euro) and click transfer. Now you have money on your poker account. When you want to cash out, first do the reverse (in US$), then go to the local office. This is because they can only cash out in euro.
