I did not make it to see them on Sat night in Vicar st.
Just curious how was it? Since the last Dublin Olympia gig got mixed reviews..

Apparently they were good. They are hit and miss live. I saw them in Dundalk a few weeks ago and they were woeful. He smoked on stage drank buckfast from the bottle!and to cap it all off he mooned us at the end. A lot of the crowd left early. It was disappointing as the band themselves weere excellent just that the singer can be a clown.

They were good. Fergal was doing the usual messing wore a motorbike helmet for part of it but was entertaining. Sound and singing much better than at the Olympia where they were crap. They also seemed to enjoy it a lot more, much better venue.

Oh yeah he was smoking and drinking buckfast in Vicar street too.

Dry County the support band were good until they had technical difficulties.
