    Hi,
I am interested in getting fit and being able to defend myself if ever needs be!
Is there anyone in the Naas/Newbridge/Athgarvan area that does private lessons?

    Thanks
    Mick

I think private lessons are 1000% better for accelerated learning.

Mix that with some group class to practice what you learned with
different shapes and talents of people, and you got a great formula
    for success.

When I say private lessons, I may from an experienced and
qualified instructor who is a good teacher.

No, I haven't really got a particular martial art in mind. I just want to be able to defend myself although I would like to eventually train with weapons.

    Thanks

Don't know about weapons training fella but isn't there quite a big kickboxing centre in the Leixlip/Celbridge area? Roy Baker or someone connected to him?

I might be able to show you some combatives moves if you are interested:) . Drop me a P.M. I also live in that area.

    Cheers,

    Baggio.

Thats good sport points kickboxing down there.
world class sports MA people train there.

I would be fairly useless if one wanted to really learn to defend themselves.

Unless you want sport kickboxing... I would not bother.

PM Baggio, he teaches Combatives, which is one of the
best and most simple systems of Self Defence.
