    Hello!

I was just wondering if somebody out there could give me a brief introduction to the music society in Dublin? By that I mean: Good rehearsal societies/studios/rooms, which music related webpages that is relevant for finding bandmates, discuss music and buy/sell instrument/recording equipment, etc. I hope you know what I mean. Just briefly how it works in Dublin. I moved here for a month ago, and don't have clue how thing works around here. By the way I'm located in dublin15. Cheers folks!

actually strike that rant away :-)

IMO one of the only websites / organisations that do work to somewhat fundemently change the "scene" per se and who don't get alot of credit is Irish Unsigned ( www.irishunsigned.com )

Isn't there a more local rehearsing room where you pay a one year membership fee and you get a specific time every week to rehears there? You know, the kind of rehearsing room where all the local bands play. We've got plenty of these back home in norway. Not everyone can afford to pay 50 euro each time they want to practice y'know:) Wish I could though.
