2 games tonight in League Cup and League.

    TUESDAY MAY 2
    EIRCOM LEAGUE CUP
    St Patrick's -v- Shamrock Rvs 7.45
    Richmond Park

    EIRCOM LEAGUE PREMIER DIVISION
Cork City -v- Sligo Rovers 7.45
    Turner's Cross

Our only meeting with Rovers this season, Rovers havent scored in a while and when we played them in a pre-season looked a very young side and were brushed aside, Pats playing best possible 11 so form would suggest an easy win. Fact this is Rovers 1st game vs a Prem team and its us, if they have any fans over they will add to the game. Going for a home win :D

Cork playing Sligo, Sligo win would keep us in 3rd so up Sligo!!

fancy pats to beat rovers but it will be close id say, hopefully with this being Rovers first game v a premier divison club, the match will get a big attendance.

As for Cork and Sligo, i fancy Cork to bounce back after their recent upsets although it wont be easy. I go for 2-1 to Cork.

Im going for a 1-1 between City and Sligo. Team is playing shockingly poor at present, and Sligo will fancy their chances of at least a point.

I fancy a city win, but not too convincingly. Been hearing that George O'Callaghan may start, but if he's not totally fit then whats the point? Weather down here is feckin shocking as well, so the crowd may not go past the 1,000 mark.

2-0 city methinks, rather optimistically it has to be said

Weather not much better here, Foley out for Pats so Reilly should start (not a bad swap eh? )

Doubt there be many at the game.

2-0 to Cork after an hour, Murray and Fenn. Pats and Rovers level at 0-0.

We werent either but we should be beating 1st divison teams, thats 2 years in a row now. Rovers were the better team in the 2nd half and scored a nice 2nd goal. Not much else happened in the game cept another Pats player stretchered off :(

in all fairness to pats were less of a 1st divison team this season than the last one under Roddy.
