Hi , I have a Dell laser printer and the roller mechanism does not pick up the paper, does anyone know where I could get it fixed or how to fix it. The warranty has expired on it.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Printers have become disposable pieces of equipment. No one really fixes them.
    Sorry

    Pure tosh,

    Model number?

Most likely the pick-up roller / seperator spring, very easy to fix but need to find the Model numbers first to find the part number required.

    Pure tosh,

It is true though. if you can fix it yourself well and good, but there is no longer any justification in paying for someones time when they are so cheap new.

Its a Dell Laser Printer P1500, if that is any good. I would prefer to get it fixed as I have a new toner for it that I paid €78 for and don't want it going to waste.

The feed rollers are knacked in it, have tried looking for links on where to get them but no joy.

Anybody know who makes this printer for Dell? Lexmark?
