Heh, There is software but its not that good:p

crapcleaner is very good and will remove several gigs of crap on a abused PC:p

Also type "msconfig" in run and disable startup programs that you dont need

regseeker is also good and it creates a backup of the registery in case you bork it......

After that do a defrag and it should run fairly well........
