4 of us (all 18 year old fellas) thinkin of goin to France for 3/4 weeks in July/August. Anyone know of any good towns to stay in, we are looking at Biarritz but want to only stay about a week in each town and want to go somewhere by the sea? Also anyone know anything about accomodation, apartments, campsites etc.? Thanx

La Rochelle is beautiful. Think there is an Ibis right in the middle of the town on the port too. You can get the TGV from Biarritz through Bordeaux and change at Poitiers for La Rochelle. If you like theme parks, you could stop for a night in Poitiers and check out Futuroscope...

I guess you ned to just decide in which direction you want to go. Fly into Nice and head west or start on the Atlantic coast and head east.
