Look at me ma, I'm a bandwagoneer!

I've been playing with my new polarising filter and I'm pretty much a junkie for these kind of colours anyways:

Clouds look great in 3. Polariser seems to be good investment, how much did it cost, I got a price for one in Conn's and he wanted nearly €60 !!!!

    Try the Camera Exchange!

Nice shots! As Borderfox said, clouds in No. 3 are great :)

Actually, were you using a wide angle lens?

A 58mm circular filter in the camera shop down by Moons set me back 30 euros. A worthy purchase!

Nope, the shot of Jury's was originally a panoramic of the whole river, but I was on the deck of the Wolfe Tone bridge which shakes if you so much as sneeze on it. As the exposures were longish, it especially showed up in the photos, so the darker left side came out a complete mess.

You can see the shake in about the middle of the photo. Look at the strip from top to bottom.

EDIT: Here's a much better panoramic shot of the rail bridge:

Ah right! That explains the slight fisheye effect in the bottom right!

(Not that that's a bad thing, I for one love distortion!)

Yep - try the Camera Exchange - I picked one up for 30euro last week. It is a Hama circular polariser for a 58mm lens (72258). I am sure you can get them cheaper on ebay but 30euro ain't too bad.
