Not sure if you're serious or joking (although there is nothing wrong - obviously - with not knowing what telnet is) but you are telneting (i.e. connecting via the command line with basic functionality) to a server which has been setup to show that ascii movie.

If you know what I mean...

Basically, that command is making your computer connect to another computer. The movie is on the other computer.
