C2 Core Combatives seminar 20th May

    Hi All,

    I've finally persuaded Mick Coup to come over to Dublin to introduce his C2 Core Combatives system. Mick will be holding a mini-seminar on the 20th of May in Maynooth. There are only a maximum of 6 places, three have already been filled.
    Mick wants to keep it small so that he can concentrate on personal instruction to maximize proper body mechanics.

    So, if anyone's interested in seeing what Combatives is all about, send me a P.M. This instructional is suitable for all levels, and anyone who is serious about RBSD or self protection. The seminar itself will be introducing the “Foundation Level” of the C2 system. Mick will be doing full scale seminars at a later date, however this may not be for some time due to his hectic schedule.

    The cost will be 100 euro for the day. Mick will also be available for private tuition after the seminar. For any additional info drop me a P.M.
