    There has been a lot of talk about the boston.com article on blogging for a job, and the subsequent experiment by Tom Rafferty. Riding somewhat on Tom's coat tails I am trying to use the blog as a medium to get a job, or at least a couple of interviews, in Dublin.

    I'm not in Dublin again until June and cannot do the usual legwork involved in getting a job. So I have enlisted the help of the blogosphere and anyone else I can get in touch with to try and help. All of the details are available at poetbloggs.com. I have had some success through my own blog already and this has spurred me to try for something bigger.

    I'm posting this into News/Media as I am about to graduate from a BA in Journalism and Editorial Design and there does not seem to any other relevant forums' on boards. Apologies if this is in the wrong spot - and thanks for any help/advice given.

    I think this would be better suited in the Work forum; there's no problem with people looking for advice on what step to take next in this forum but I think allowing it to be used as a way to advertise skills would just cause problems in the long run.

    Work is the best place on boards.ie to try and find recruitment on.
