Hi , later this year I'll be renting an Apartment from a private owner in Hawaii , they are looking for a very hefty deposit in advance - whats the safest way to transfer money to USA? :confused: i.e. traceable to a Bank account ... paypal (if they will accept this) ? Western Union , or is Western Union the least safe…

Hi ,

The Apartments are owned/rented privately or VRBO , so I dont think they accept credit card.
