Setting up a Society

Guys, Played Druids Glen yesterday (havent hit a ball in anger in over 6 months) and I've got the bug again. A few of us are thinking of setting up a society but cannot find any resources etc about setting one up e.g. sample charters etc. Anyone any tips or links? Cheers, Tip

Guys,
