We are a German consultancy which searches for an international project responsible, reliable free employees as service testers. Service testers simulate authentic customer contacts at the customer care department of our client in Ireland. This is an ideal work from home with free timing and is to do via telephone. After the conversation with the assistant the service tester documents the results and rates the friendliness of the agent.

In this international project we will test in some countries the customer-orientation in the processes of a noted company from the telecommunications industry. We will test the customer service of the company in 17 countries worldwide.

For this project we search actually native speakers from Ireland. They should have the following profile:

- Native Speaker Ireland
- Be interested in the topic customer care orientation / process optimisation
- Personal Computer with internet connection and e-mail-address
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel
