Does anyone know if AIP is still running? I have been trying to contact them via their support email and also their CEO since last Sunday (when my account with them appeared to be comprimised i.e someone else was logged in as me) but I cannot get any reply. This might suggest that there is no support in operation anymore.
Does anyone have a contact phone number? I am getting concerned now my account details could be used etc.

I have been in touch with their support a few times throughout the week and I've had replies.

Theres as much chance of AIP going under as there is of PPP going under.

    How?
Does anyone have a phone number I can call? I have sent mails many times including from their own support form on their website.

I've sent emails, received emails and I've also been called on my mobile. I don't understand why they are not getting back to you. Maybe they have the wrong details on record? I've always had a response from support within half an hour.

must be some kind of glitch in their records of your contact details, Az. They always responded to any queries of mine very promptly too.

A glitch, like when he sends an email, their email client magically changes the reply-to address??

    fascinating! ;)

Got something to add NTL? Can you help?

Az, I talk to them all the time but if you are having a serious problem still, give me a shout and I'll make sure you get contacted. Personally, their support is always great for me.

Most companies will only reply to the email address they have on record for security reasons. I know for sure that a lot of the email addresses supplied when opening All In accounts did not exist because I sent an email about a tournament to my downline and about 40 were returned undeliverable.

Not really, I use to give ECDL lessons in my spare time tho if some cusomter service agents need help with figuring out how to use an email client.

    apart from that no.

I don't see what that has to do with my post tho....

I understand Mike, I wasn't been serious, and have always had very timley responses to my queries from All-in.

    Thanks Dev,
The strange thing is that all of my original emails never generated an automated response when I sent it from the email address I registered in my Account profile (I do have a spam folder but nothing in there either). However, this afternoon I sent them another mail from a different email address and did get an automatic response. I still haven't got a real person though to talk/mail me though. I may give them another evening to respond.

you generally get a response about half hour after you get the automatic response...
