    hi

i like the giraffe its a unique angle.

tho there is nuthing wrong with the irish rangers and you got closer than i did that day, i would maybe photoshop them, zoom in on one soldier's face or convert it to black and white or something

Some nice pics there Chitywest. The panda, boy jumping and the lion are my favourites. Some need the levels adjusted for more contrast and to help saturation and getting rid of the haze. Even an autocorrect in any package will show what I mean. Try it on the bot jumping and the giraffe and see the difference.

I agree with ddunne that the rangers would be better with a closeup detail. Try cropping. Good stuff though.

Thanks for those points - I think the levels on some are a bit out of whack too.

I have noticed that when I open them in photoshop elements - and get the balance the way I think looks ok thats fine (then save them) - however when I then open them in Internet Explorer they are back to looking a bit colourless/flushed. I think it may be that the monitor colour profile and the one that ps elements use are not the same? (not 100% sure that makes sense).

So one picture in PS can have vibrant colours and good saturation - while in IE they dont.

Thanks for the advice on that - I think I need to set PS to use the same colour profile as the monitor (will need to check into this when I get home).
