Eircom needing a kick up the ****!

    So after eircom dragging their heels for over a year to switch us over to UTV we're now contemplating moving back to eircom to move over to Smart!
    It seems so unfair! Is this normal from eircom?

    Took me 8 weeks of no phone at all to get from Eircom to Smart - either gross incompetence from Eircom or a deliberate anti-competitive measure against Smart customers - who knows?

    I would do it again though, to be free of Eircom for good.
