Maplins do them, so do HMV I think. Maplins would probably be cheaper, though.

It really depends on the quantity you're looking for but you could try

delivery is a fixed price regardless of the size of the order, if you were to get 200 then it'd be roughly 22c each including VAT and delivery.

*edit* damn, if only I didn't go working out the price!

If you order enough postage isn't that bad as the prices are way cheaper then anything over here.
svp are doing postage for 99p if you order 2 items from a list of things
(cheapest is to get 2 12 cd holder with speaker built in for 4.99 each)
