    As breakbeat goes from strenght to strenght in Dublin. Breakology and Corona are proud to present to you one of Breakbeats all time legends: Meat Katie.
    Meat Katie, who won an "Outstanding Contribution to Breakbeat" award at this years Breakspoll, is touring the world promoting his new album: Vibrator, a well rounded package that encompasses breakbeat, house, techno and electro. Initial singles from the album have seen top 3 DMC Buzz chart placements, coolcuts placements and extensive radio play from the likes of Pete Tong, Fergie, Annie Nightingale, Annie Mac and Tayo. Some of the future singles lined up include remixes from some of the biggest names around: Robbie Rivera, Funk D'Void and Marco Bailey.
    In the past, Meat Katie has remixed and worked with other legends within the scene including: Boy George, U.N.K.L.E, Pepe Deluxe, Aquasky, Arthur Baker, Peace Division and Deep Dish to name but a few. Recent DJ compilations include his Fabriclive 21 album and his Bedrock Breaks mix both of which were a critical and commercial success.
    Meat Katie will be playing Crawdaddy on the 26th of May, with support from Simon F and Phulu. Tickets costing €12 are available from www.ticketmaster.ie. Admission includes entrance to the regular 515 night in the Pod and for those who get there early, there's free Corona!
