It depends upon what time you got up. If you got up at 14.45 then it would be quite natural.

Breakfast? You missed out. No pudding. Double servings of Eggs Benedict with OJ. Very French in the morning, as was the mood of the cook.;)

Eggs Benedict? Sounds a bit monkish. I suppose to limit temptation, one has to eat in a single sex enviornment.

I had yoghurts. My housemate ate them. So I ate her liver with some fava beans and a nice Chianti. Or else yelled at her in my head because I'm borderline non-confrontational. Probably the latter. Special K or Coco Pops - the illusion of eating healthily, or chocolate-y goodness???

I had a flat mate like that. I fried his bollo*ks and ate them with a tin of Bachelors beans and a cheap plonk from Tescos.

I too am now thinking of white pudding... Clonakilty white pudding...

    Mmmmmmmmm....

Eyes the counter cabinet at the coffeehouse. Ahhhhhhh, I see a jalapeno begal all by its lonesome. Not for long! A little cream cheese and java, so the day begins.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,553 ✭✭✭Demetrius

Thats no way to begin the day! Even I know that. A saucer of milk would be more appropriate.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 335 ✭✭Banphrionsa

I don't think my pet fox would be happy with just a saucer of milk. He probably would want some mixed in Grainne too.

Strange? I've got something strange for you. We are the strangers in a strange land. A surreal land. Is that strange enough for you, Sir?:p

We are celebrating Banphrionsa's return from the dead with breakfast this morning, which, of course, 7 or 8 time zones to our east, would be a lunch about now in Ireland?

The Blue_Lagoon is here, looking like death warmed over after pulling an all nighter. She was supposed to be studying, but took a break to conduct a B-poll around 03.00 or so, which ran with a fury like few others, reaching past 30 posts in about an hour or so before self-destructing.

What to eat? Objective: Feed too very hungry but sleepy girls sharing a flat together. What can we do with eggs, ham, sausage, olives, olive oil, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, American cheese, and sour cream? Any ideas out there in boards.ie land before we start? We also have OJ but no Champaign (Mumosa cocktails for breakfast, but where can I find Champaign at 05.46?).

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,553 ✭✭✭Demetrius

Ideas? Feed me! My bowl is empty and my coat would benefit greatly from a little olive oil.

Im hungry again. Fry-up I think. Itll warm your heart (and block it) to know were both eating similarly.

The white pudding is mans greatest invention.

I assume this mini pot of delight was spread over a bowl of that crunchy cereal of celebratory mastication?

Its Now 18.03 or so, I just had a pizza, and i want actimel and crunchy nut cornflakes.

    OOOoooooo yeah! I cant wait!

¬_¬ .......I may sneak a peppermint tea in there somewhere.

Yell Yahoo! Then place your order for breakfast.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,016 ✭✭✭Blush_01

Weetaflakes, followed by Coco pops for breakfast-dessert. And a banana. Because of Drew Barrymore.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 193 ✭✭pantar_dubh

Spanish omelette. Three eggs, ham, three cheese, black olives, onions, mushrooms, avocado, tomatoes, sour cream, jalapenos, and salsa. To drink? OJ mixed with Champaign.
