I am looking to edit a sound file to make a 4 min song edit to 15 to 20 seconds so i can use as a ring tone for my mobile.

Any (hopefully free) programs out there that would do this?

Movie Maker that comes standard with WinXP will do it, its what I use actually. Nice and simple.
