What do you call those little square things that sit into a rack and you screw into them through a bracket?

Where can i get them and the screws?

    they're called cage nuts.

never had to buy any myself...just get them from work, but there appears to be a few people on ebay selling them : http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?from=R40&satitle=cage+nuts

Wood Communications in the Ballymount Ind Est have everything you might need.
