    So who's going to win?

    My predictions:
    1 Gharib
    2 Khannouchi
    3 Geb

Kastor to win the women's race.

Will Mark Carroll PB? Or finish?

Do we have any other (national class) entrants?

    1. Limo 2:06:39
    2. Lel 2:06:41
    3. Ramaala 2:06:55
    4. Khannouchi
    5. Baldini
    6. Rop
    7. Chatt

    Geb was 9th in 2:09:05

Mark Carrol got the Half way and pulled out with a recurring hip / groin problem apparently.

Did Mark Carroll finish (start?) the race? I didn't see his name in the Results, nor any other Irish in sub-2:30.

Great tactical battle at the end. I was surprised that Geb could not really respond to the breakaway. He looked to be suffering quite a bit when he crossed the finish line.
Baldini ran a great 2nd half, and finished strongly, passing several runners in the last few miles. New PB, I think.
