Ways to lose Weight ??

    im not afraid to say it lads but im a man of 25 im 6 foot 2 inches tall and weight 19.5 stone now u might have a picture in your head of me being huge looking but im not,i joined weight watchers to see about weight loss,i did a huge amount of cycling when i was younger as father owns a pushbike business.

    when i was 18 or 19 i was a 34 waist and 14 stone but was very slim so i think i might have some muscle under the fat ???? which is why im heavier,and im in no doubt im fat also.woman in weight watchers said there is no way on earth i look my weight i carry it well she said.

    so my problem is i only like certain foods.

    i like pasta,mince,steak,chicken,

    dont like fish or veggies which is a problem.

    im finding it very difficult to make up healthy meals and also losing weight.

    my brothers wedding is in september and i wanna lose weight for it , for me and nobody else id like to be there alot slimmer any good answers to how i can do this ??? i go gym 3 days a week doing 50 mins cardio but still dont lose the weight

    any helpful solutions would be deeply appreciated
