i'm a regular joe and belly has gone and got me. i'm fine on the rest of my body but the tummy and bitch tits are a bit bigger than i'd like

i want rid of my belly and man rack so i'm going to do exercises which concentrate on building muscle in those areas.

    my questions are:

    1) do i need to do running, cycling (cycling is my main more of transport),whatever in conjunction with tummy/tits exercises to get things flatter again?

    2) what are the best exercises to work on these problem areas?

    thanks folks.

Your problem is your diet and this will be what you have to tackle first, so read the stickies.

That and between a good weights regime and some good cardio you will be able to lose the fat. With your problem areas don't just target these areas with your weights but do a full body routine. Hell for one reason having big muscular muscles covered with fat will just give the impression of having even bigger "bitch tits". another reason is that doing weights targeting one area won't get rid of the fat in that area
