Infantry Only Server

    OK lads forget about stats and unlocks and play some real battlefield. I've changed 82.195.136.136:16568 to an infantry only server with changed flag positions. Each of the featured maps will have only 3 flags, ie Mec/US and one grey.

    This server is not ranked and will not allow unlocked weapons, but its a fun way to play. The maps are small and the play is very fast.

    Maps are :

    Masthur
    Sharqi
    Dalian
    Karkand

    Hope you can at least give it a try and be amazed by the speed of the play.

    Everything is gone bar you and your gun. Squads still exist, and you can still be commander but you cant arty or uav the map.

    thanks to the lads who dropped in this evening, a much more civilized way to play bf2, sry about the conn thing ambro, must be some network issues this evening as twice the whole MEC team dropped, which was a shame as there was a nice little crowd assembling.

    No worries 'Karma. 'Tis a pity indeed as the little I managed to play was really, *really* enjoyable. Probably something wrong IE-side along the network path, as I connected with a couple of servers (one in UK, one in DK) later and no probs at all... Will give it another go tonight :)

    If peeps think the maps can be tweaked even more then let me know.

    At the mininute the maps that are running all feature 3 takeable flags, meaning you start with your home flag and there is one grey in between. So for example in Karkand the US start at the hotel, Mec at Market and the square is grey.
