Hi, Does anyone know where I can find reported a recent Circuit Court case to do with negligence or breach of contract. I can only seem to find HC cases on BAILII or courts.ie Cheers.

Circuit court cases generally aren't reported since they're not of much precedential value (only HC and SC cases are). As far as I know the old Irish Law Times used to report some, but I don't know of any modern reporting system.
