This is the first significant piece of research into LGBT Hate Crimes in the Republic of Ireland and is based on a sample size of 1000 respondents. This launch event will consist of a general presentation of the research findings, an open questions and answers session followed by an informal social opportunity.

You can see the survey used here

    http://www.queerid.com/html/hatecrimesurvey.doc

The report will basically give answers to the survey

    - Information such as how many people were victims of hate crimes, where attacks took place, how many people who identified as victims reported this to the police, reasons for not reporting etc

There are sections from other groups or individuals with experience in this area

Interesting to read. Q C5 is kinda worrying, only 20% of victims reported attacks to the Gardai.
