First Dealer in Court over Price Fixing

Just watching the 9 o clock news.. I see a man in the Cork area was in the District Court charged with assisting in the operation of price fixing within the motor trade. Now his case is going to the Central Criminal Court. But just in case anyone is wondering the penatlys are if charged and found guilty of this offence...…

Just watching the 9 o clock news.. I see a man in the Cork area was in the District Court charged with assisting in the operation of price fixing within the motor trade. Now his case is going to the Central Criminal Court. But just in case anyone is wondering the penatlys are if charged and found guilty of this offence... The penalty is up to 5 years in prison/ and or up to 4 million euro fine and/or 10% of turnover a business found to be involved in price fixing.
