I am determinded to find the answers to such age old questions as:

    "TMA or MMA?",
    "Technique or Terminal Agression?",
    "Krav Maga or Common Sense?".

I realise that MMA is often held as the "ultimate" in terms of both competition and street self protection. With this in mind, I have trawled the net in search of the answer to the mother of all questions:

"How does one avoid getting one's arse kicked?"

However, I believe the the following video offers a sound response ONCE AND FOR ALL!

This instructional video includes live and "staged" footage along with an audio narrative that is essential if one wishes to truly appreciate this definitive conclusion to what has been (perhaps until now) an unanswerable question.
