    Hi im involved with our college surf club and we are looking for ways to acquire equipment for our club, i was wondering if you guys had any suggestions???

    basically we need to get ourselves some more boards & wetsuits, we get a grant each year and we spend the money buying some equipment but we are expected to fund raise for some equipment ourselves

    boards are 320euro
    wetsuits are 180euro

    since it's surfing and the summer is creeping in why not rent a pool and charge people to part-take in water-related activities (races etc.) with food and a piss up afterwards... or even rent one of those wave-making things and let people experience surfing in a pool

    Anyways, you can organise events; like head-shavings, waxing, some sort of beach related activity, or you can pan-handle.
