How effective is No Xplode when you eat within an hour of taking it? I find if I dont eat a meal within an hour before i go to the gym I usually do poorly and according to the no xplode instructions you shouldnt eat within an hour of taking it, I know the no xplode is meant to give you the needed energy but ive taken it for my last 3 gym sessions and have actually felt a lot more tired and even dropped a rep on the bench

    Same here!
I found it gave me the jitters, I could't really concentrate. I don't drink coffee and tend to stay away from caffiene related products, but I heard about this stuff and gave it a whirl a few times. I felt no more 'in the zone' than the man on the moon. I find for natural energy a good natural fruit juice like 1 grapefruit juiced and 1/4 pineapple juiced mixed with 2 teaspoons of natual yogurt and a good teaspoon of honey do a wonderful job at giving you a boost pre work out. Especially for those carb burn mornings. You could try a juice like this and maybe take a couple of L-tyrosine tablets too.
