Anybody know what was going on on the Malahide Road this morning. There were about six gardai with clipboards stopping some of the cars and speaking to drivers. They didn't seem to be checking tax/insurance. I'm just curious because it caused a huge delay.

They usually do this when theres a crime or serious accident to try to get info from people who may have been witnesses

I saw a few in Fairview but I thought the drivers were just getting tickets for being in the bus lane?
