Hey. I took these pictures recently but there are white specs in the dark areas.

I was just wondering what they could be? I thought it could be dust on the lens but they seem to be in different places in each shot. There's probably a simple explanation but I'm a newbie. Any help appreciated.

I used a Canon 300x with the 28-90mm lens that comes with it and kodak BW tmax 400cn film if that's any help.

Just asking because this looks like a careless development defect , thats all , Ive also seen this from badly scanned negatives , are the negatives scanned ?

I got them done at a small fujifilm place in Clarehall Shopping Centre. I got the pictures on a cd as well as getting the prints. The marks are on the prints too. I don't think I'll be going back there! Is there a decent reasonable place to get films developed in Dubin where you can get them on cd aswell? The cd is just handy to have when you're using film.

Did you get them developed and scanned seperatly?

Those are scratch marks on the film. That's really bad developing if it were done all together. I'd nearly go in there and complain if it happened to me!

Yeah I got it all done together. Pretty annoyed about that. Cheers for the help.

Well I guess you're lucky they ain't completly unsalvagable. Some of my medium format negs went through the wars, but at the same time, it can look great :D
