Chorus Digital Viewing Card Issue

    I currently have Chorus Digital and am quite happy with it. But last week I removed the viewing card from the decoder and while I was putting it back, cracked it, its quite old now!!
    Took it out and tried to put it back in, but it wouldn't work so rang Chorus who sent out a replacement card.
    Got the card yesterday and tried it, unfortunately when I put it in a message on the screen appeared saying that the card was not linked to the box or something like that.
    Is there anyway that I can link the new card to my box myself or will I have to get Chorus to call out and do it and thus wait an age for them!!!!!!
    Please help!

    You just ring them and they will do it from the office.
    They will need your boxes serial number and that of the card, but they should have that already.

    Pretty much the same method as sky uses for switching on a card.
    Theres no need for crappus to call out to you.
