    with the thin lizzy gig being cancelled does anyone know if the wed 12 gig is still on

    Walked past the Olympia yesterday and there was a sign about the cancelled gig ("due to illness") last night. It said tonight's gig is still on but I don't know if that's still the case.

    haven't seen anything about tonight being cancelled, and the release from MCD yesterday said that it would be on, and he was told to rest his voice for 24 hrs.......if I see anything I'll post back here....

    It said on the radio that tickets from last night were still valid for tonight.
    Surely that would imply poor ticket sales? And they just simply merged the two gigs?

    MCD update on the site says the gig is definitely on tonight........

    that radio thing isn't correct from what was said yesterday and today - it's a case of tickets will be valid for tonight on a strictly first come first served basis to the box office, so when the capacity is hit after previous sales it's done - could leave a lot of pissed off people outside.....

    went to this last night and was amazed they were excellent was reluctant to go with no phil but they rocked, met phils mammy aswell which was nice.
