Retrofitting Cavity Vents

Hi all, you may remember from another post that the plasterer had plastered over all the cavity vents/weeps in my timberframed house. The builder reinstated some by drilling a row of holes and belting in new vents, but as the building inspector pointed out he put them in at approx 2m centres rather than the required 1.5. Builder has long since run with the money so I'm left with retrofitting new vents.
Can I get circular vents, which would be a lot easier to put in?

    Thanks
