    First: Have you seen any other charity events advertised in AH?
    Second: There is an Event forum
    Third: Read the forum charter. Is anything mentioned there about this?

    Aha forum rules...read and understood. I'll post in Gigs / Events so. Well I'd say raising money for the homeless would be deemed worthwhile.

    Advertise it in your sig.
    Most mods wouldn't have a problem with you advertising it.
    Gigs/Events seems a good place to put it. I would even suggest After Hours.

    put it up in the gigs forum and the events forum.
    i see no reason why it would be taken down if its for charidee....
