Boards.ie BF2 Ladder

OK Site is coming on so time to get the teams sorted. Teams will be 8 v 8 and all bf2 maps will be included. When a team makes a challenge they can pick the map on the day of the competition.

All vehicles will be included as will all methods of killing, including C4. Due to the number of times matches have been delayed it might be better that clans only enter 1 team.

It could be cool if we could see :

boards.ie team
tig team
nrg team
1st IB team
BTC team
GFF team
etc

Maybe a few of the uk teams could take part as well. As usual give your feedback and ideally if I could have at least one person from each team for a captain and to help with organisation.

This raises the question, is boards in it to win and have fun, or to piss around and have fun? Because one would require all the best players, the other would not.

And im seriously out of practice thanks to a bunch of other games.

As its a ladder you can play or not play, challenge or not challenge, pick yer maps etc.

It does indeed, a league is all fun and games as its pre sorted and everything has a start and end.

A ladder throws up a whole new crapfork of organisation (everyone look in Ponsters direction about now ).

I make a seperate thread for boards players to sign up and have their say (ie boards entering pretty much makes boards a clan)

Im tentatively going to speak for NRG here and say that we dont think we'll be around to take part in this im afraid fairy. We'd signed up for ESL and a BFV tourney towards the end of the inf leage so might have a bit much on our plate to take part. Thats not gospel tho, gotta wait for scrapper to get back from poland to say for sure, but just wanted to let yas know, theres a chance we might not be takin part

Dunno about vanilla but imagine if we went ahead we would play sunday nights as usual and just wing it, which kinda sucks int he lsoing every week kinda way.

As NRG wont be able to play in this, and there doesnt seem to be much other interest I'll knock this on the head for now.
