New stage for Oxegen?

    I see a new stage has been added to Oxegen's sister festival 'T IN The Park' - anyone know if Oxegen will get a similar treat? Here's the news item...

    More acts have been confirmed for this year's T In The Park festival, and a new stage has been added to proceedings.

    Replacing the old X-Tent is the Pet Sounds Arena, with an 8,000 capacity. Set to appear on it are Death Cab For Cutie (pictured), Jose Gonzalez and Regina Spektor among others.

    Additions to existing stages include Dirty Pretty Things on the Radio 1/NME stage, along with We Are Scientists, with The Futureheads on the King Tut's stage.

    The x-tent was the equivalent of the Oxegen Rising tent or whatever the hell it was called... the largest one where Rodrigo y Gabriela played last year. This is just a renaming so as it was called something different at Oxegen theres little chance that it will be renamed here.

    Death Cab is already confirmed here so its likely the others will drop in as well. We are scientists and Futureheads are pretty decent additions.
