    Hi all,
Could anyone recommend or know of a good builder in or around the Dublin 15 area ? ... You see I was about go direct labour on a self build but weighing it all up I'm not sure I'd be able to hold down a full time job and be on site as reqd. every day ...

    Going direct ...
Would I need to be on site every day to manage the project ??
Would I have to be there to receive the materials for the different trades or would they look after that themselves ??
Is it necessary to have a Quantity Surveyor work out exact materials needed
or would the lads do that themselves ??

I think I just need someone to convince me what route to take !!
I know there is a big diff. in cost but all me drgs. are ready just the commencement notice to send off ...
