    Yup. That's the nature of 'insurance'...in the event of an accident, the other person is covered. You have to pay more to be covered yourself...:D

    the only obligation on you will be that if there is any court case taken by the other fella against you, and your insurance co will obv take the financial heat for you, there's a responsibility on you to 'help' your company in any way you can, which would mean making yourself available for court etc to give evidence...l

    There is a limit to third party liability cover with most policys but it tends to be pretty sizeable. It will ususally be outlined on your policy booklet but unless you rear end the Real Madrid team bus you shoul be ok.
