Does any play alot on Party: Party Points?

Just wondering if people who play alot on Party are earning alot of points.

I've played 5700 hands since Feb 1st and have 556 points according to my Party Account balance. This is 4 tabling the lower limit PLO games.

You have to earn 15000 Party points to move to "Silver" membership, and then you get access to special promotions (free cash for playing a certain amount of hands each month).

It seems ridiculously hard to do.

I earn 4 points for every 20 raked hands where I'm dealt cards.

I've been playing a lot over the last few months, admittedly at low stakes and I've accumulated about 6,000 points. It'll take a long time to build up a decent amount.

I can currently purchase a top of the range t-shirt

I'm silver.
I think its easier to get points as you play higher stakes.

Ive currently a balance of about 13000 party points. I play mainly SNGs - look out for "Happy Hour" play - early morning our time, when the site has low usage from the states. There are regular 200 point bonuses for playing at this time (just happens to suit me).

BTW - I've ordered 1 item from the party store and it was delivered in about 6 weeks.!

I havent played at party since they sent me a threatening email telling me they were taking all my points if I didnt play on their site in the next 48hours.

I got a t shirt off them.Good quality and 6 weeks to come .Nearly enough points for a chip set now

That sounds quite low. I play .15/.25 (very soft) and I make about 500 points for every 12 hours or so.

I got the same thing and left the site. About 4 weeks ago they gave me $35 free and a nice email saying welcome back etc...

I've over $500 in account now from playing the above stakes.:D

Seriously? Every 12 hours?

I played for about 4 hours last night, 3 $0.50/$1 PL Omaha and 2 $1/$2 PLO tables, 5 tabling for a total of 4 hours over the whole night and I only earned about 150 points.

Full ring plo is vveeerrryyyy slow compared to 6-max NLHE.
Also - if you play during the day (GMT), you get extra points.

I have about 80k in points, it took a while to get to the silver catogry , i was playing a lot of sng's 50 and 5/10 limit . The only thing I would say is dont be holding your breath for special promotions in the silver catogry (very limited) the only good thing from a points perspective is you earn them 1.5 times faster in the silver ,

which probably works out at an extra couple of t-shirts a year:o

the freee cash for playing a certain amount of games is very clever as they set it above what you currently play (eg i have to earn 1150 points in a week to be eligable i would currently average about 800)so u have to up your playtime if u want to be eligable for the $100 (usually) so dont worry to be eligable you'll be paying in the extra rake anyway.

i just recently (1st april) got moved into the top (gold) category. it gets updated every 3 months and provided you've earned the required amount you get moved up.

i earn about 1500 points a day playing on average 40 $109 sngs.
have about 70k points right now. think i'll get a psp. they're about 65,000 points.

if you play sng's its much easier to accumulate points than cash games (unless you're playing very high stakes cash).

If you play between 9am and 7pm Irish time you get double points. I usually get a few hours in on sunday mornings. If you play at least one raked hand 5 days a week you get 200 points and if you play 20 days a month you get 500 points. When I say 500 over 12 hours thats over week and includes bonus points.

its not that much considering its my fulltime job. its only 5 hrs a day playing 4 at a time. (i play the speeds which last about 30-35 mins on average).
hopefully i'll start playing 5 or 6 at a time in the next 6 weeks or so which should be....fun.

EDIT: i presume you didn't mean 40 at the same time...that would be impossible. my brain would definately bleed out my ears then
