    Hi,
I was leaving feedback for a person that bought an item off me on Ebay and i accidently left the feedback on an mp3 player i won yesterday and paid for.Is it possible for me to remove this feedback as i have not even recieved my item yet and for all i know i could have problems with it.Plus the fact i said they were a great buyer, when in fact it was me who was the buyer.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hey there,
Not too sure if you can, once feedback is left thats it I think, it even asks to you to confirm that you are leaving feedback..
You could contact the Customer Service desk by email and they will advise you. I had to email them before over something and they responded fairly quickly.
    Cheers :)

    See http://pages.ebay.ie/help/policies/feedback-abuse-withdrawal.html:

"Negative feedback intended for another member will be considered for removal only in situations where the member responsible for the mistaken posting informs eBay of the error and has already placed the same feedback for the correct member."

Can't members mutually agree to withdraw feedback?
