    Doubt they got anything.. If the bike got dropped the last thing you would want is a belt.

    IIRC, from a thing I saw on tv, they do wear belts of some sort. The thing I saw, some bicycle race, one of the camera bikes slid out and went down, but the guy on the back (cameraman) stayed on the bike even while it was on the ground.
