95-01 Audi A4, folding rear seats

Am thinking of getting an early Audi A4 (95 or 96 maybe). I know that some of the models don't have folding rear seats which should be standard in my opinion. Does anyone know if this is the case for all the models?

Definately an option on the saloon, but I presume the Avant had them standard (it would be weird if it didnt..)
