    Hi all

I have a strange request wonder if anyone has an ideas, I have a document containing a couple of hundred address, phone numbers and email addresses.

I need a quick handy way to extract all the email address from the document and maybe put them in an email group, not a major deal if I dont get the names, Just want to do a mass email quickly and i dont want to cut and copy 500 email addresses.

And which import formats does your email client's address book support (CSV? vCard?) or how do you plan to add them to the "email group"?

If I can get them into a CSV it would be great, I am using Gmail but dont mind using Outlook or Thunderbird could set it up in a few seconds.

I haven't tried this one but it sounds like it will do the job. If it doesn't read .doc files, save the .doc as a plain text file in Word and read from that:

Edit: Bad download link. Try here instead: http://www.netindir.com/detay.asp?id=2772
RipEm Description: Extract email address's from web sites or any local file on your computer and save as a .txt or .csv file for import into Outlook or Excel. Will also extract emails that are not visible on the page but hidden in the code. Save in comma delimited or line break format.
