Problem putting video onto Creative M-Vision

    Hi all,

    I recently purchased a Creative M-Vision. I have no problems putting music and photos on it, but so far, have been unsuccessful putting video on it.

    I have a Family Guy DVD that I ripped onto my PC. I then tried to use Creative's own software to convert to video...that didn't work.
    Then I downloaded iriverter and tried to use that to convert the DVD and put it onto the device....that didn't work either.
    I also tried converting it using iriverter and then converting it again using Creative's own software and that didn't work either.

    Has anyone does this before and can they offer any advice....
