Reinstall everything you will get a new error next time but you will feel warm inside.

Ok I had the same problem but i fixed it, this is what you need to do:
Uninstall bf2 and euroforce
Delete everything during uninstall(profiles screenshots, etc etc)
Download patch 1.21 FULL
Then install bf2
Install 1.21 FULL
Install Euroforce
Download 1.21-1.22 Incremtal patch
Install and it should work!

This didnt work for me, i have 2 windows Xp verision and both are ****ed so i can sometimes, play so this week i be mostly playing other games. And bugger me i really good at Pes5 vs the cpu.

Actually nothing worked for me, i had install bf2 on my laptop patch it and copy it over to the main pc to get onto vanilla servers, still cant play EF or see any servers in browser and i lucky to get 1 round in before i get kicked for one of the above.

Sounds like the patches have become corrupt, so repatching wont help. Also EA suck.

I have all the patches ever, all from EA Downloader all from 3dgamers full and incremental.

Some work sometimes some dont most of the time.

havent had those problems but the game does like to randomly crash every so often since the new patch came out which never happened before.

I've never had any problems with bf2 crashing or patch trouble. But my brother patched bf2 to 1.22 last night and the UAV now show up as "KILLMESSAGE_VEHICLE" instead of "UAV" . whats that all about.

Our server went a bit mad last night , repairing planes & choopers in the air , nowhere near the runway or pad , and one of the guys after capping a flag found himself transported about 300 meters away from it .

last time this happened to me , ( bf2 problem I mean ) it turned out there was a pb update at the same time and I had to format to get it to work , this wasn't that big a deal as i was due for one anyways .

Geez, I'll have to count myself lucky in that every patch has gone smoothly for me. *touches wood*

I never seem to get all these bugs that I read of. Then again perhaps I don't play as often as some of you guys.

TBH the game has just gotten worse and worse. I have seen flags go from being capped to grey with no one near them!! Also since the 1.22 patch the game feels laggy even while there is no lag. Also sometimes when you go prone you fail to shoot.

Roll on a new fps that peeps will want to play, I'm gonna play dod:s instead, much more fun.

Ive heard good things about DOD:S

I was capping a flag about a week ago just b4 it started booting me off every server and it kept going grey and wouldnt move up(their was no enemies near) i walked right up to its started going up then went to gray again then gave me the points :rolleyes:

I "upgraded" to 1.22 last night and the same thing happened as when I went to 1.21....

I couldn't run unless I went prone once (fine after that), I couldn't turn left or right in any aircraft, when I took control of a static machine gun post I couldn't fire and my view was messed up.

Roll on 1.3 eh!

We dont like bf2 in tig. After a full long weekend lan party the last game to be played, and no one wanted to play it was BF2. We played bf42, BFV, Q3, TMN and really enjoyed them.

BF2 however was a last minute thing, that people didnt really enjoy. Doesnt figure.

I reinstalled BFV last week, I'd just got bored of BF2, I'm not sure if bored is even the right word, I can understand exactly why people want to fling the disc out the door (or flush it, class photo Jackabo!), I tried to love the game, I really really tried, but there was always just something...wrong. I can't put my finger on it, I still think it's a great game, but there's just something lacking. With every patch I hope that whatever it is that's wrecking the game for me is fixed, but it never is. I though Euro Forces might do it, the great wall map is great fun, at least it should be, but it just isn't. BFV on the other hand, I really can't believe I dropped it like a hot potato when BF2 came out. It's FUN. I actually laughed while playing it, and the (albeit far and few between) servers running it aren't populated by arseholes, statpadders, muppets, and bloody dolphin divers. The people playing on them are actually sound, I didn't come across one muppet over the few nights I played it.
Great crack, serious fun was had with bouncing betty's... 'Click..... Ping... BOOM' I will never, ever grow tired of using them...
Won't be playing either now for a while since I got talked into buying Oblivion last week, never really played RPGs before, interesting....very very interesting game...

Totally agree pongo,
Ive been playing bfv the past week full time again.And ive noticed again how good of a game it was ,i havnt fly kicked the keyboard or upper cutted the monitor since .
Aiming & killing people within seconds has been missed bigtime for me.
so for Bf2 i couldnd be arsed pumping 2 clips into someone before they die, or taking a flag before a 12 year old bart simpson arty hits me and all that crap

i think Bf2 has ruined a few irish clans ,so no matter what clan your from give me a shout if your interested in getting a few irish pubbing back into bfv.;)
